Pasaban will be attending as exhibitor at the 28 th Security Printers International Conference & Exhibition in Seville, organized by INTERGRAF. The event will take place from October 5th to 7th, 2016.

We were also present last year at the Security Printers exhibition in Copenhagen. This year, under the claim “High precision adding security features”, Pasaban will display the technology for the implementation of high security elements, to visitors.

As for our latest projects, it is noteworthy the application of Pasaban technology in the implementation of the new Europa series banknote “portrait window”.

Laser cutting machinery

Automated non-stop (reel to reel) laser punching system allows flexible punching with various forms. The forms are controlled by software without using any metal punches. This new technology developed by Pasaban can be used in the security printing, wrapping, perforation industries, etc. It can be used for various materials, such as paper, cardboard or plastic.


Hot foil stamping

Pasaban’s Foil Stamping machine combines full flexibility and simplicity with the most advanced technology, integrated in a non-stop reel-to-reel, high-precision foil stamping solution. This line can work stamping foil to register with the highest precision.

It can integrate in a single platform the most advanced technologies, such as register control of banknote paper, iridescent printing, individual foil and stamping tension control, laser notching, ELU optical web inspection, etc.



Security paper Sheeters

Double rotary paper sheeter model designed for cut-to-register security paper with the highest precision. Best cutting quality in the market. Full control of valid paper sheets, recoverable defective sheets and extraction of sample sheets.


Winder

Designed to supply paper reels with even edge profiles and a perfect winding structure. A reliable paper winding machine that can include all the automation required for the intended functions.
