Pasaban has once again supplied Cartones Ponderosa with a new high-end, modern sheeter machine to cut the highest quality board. The group has been a customer for more than 30 years and has trusted Pasaban many times for the acquisition of converting machines. They currently have 5 sheeters and 2 rewinders in operation from Pasaban.  

Cartones Ponderosa is a leader in Mexico in the production and commercialization of coated and uncoated board, a material used for the production of folding cartons.  

The latest project is a 2300mm (non-stop concept) wide KDD model cartonboard sheeter with a high level of automation intended for high production. In this case, the material to be cut is of very high quality, so in addition to high precision, optimum sheeting quality is required throughout the entire range of weights and densities. Pasaban is a worldwide benchmark in terms of sheeting quality, so it has been able to create a customized solution capable of meeting this need.
