Pasaban winders are designed to provide paper and cardboard Mills and Converters with an even-edge profile and perfect winding reel structure.  

At Pasaban we are committed to continuous improvement and proof of this is the alliance formed with one of the leading technological centres in Europe IK4-Tekniker for the improvement of the current winders and development of a new cutting edge ones.

Robust and reliable winders  

Currently we offer two models:  

The BM model can incorporate all the automated features required for the type of function to be carried out. It allows a minimum reel width of 1,600 mm and a maximum of 6,000 mm. The minimum finished reel width is 90 mm.  

The BB model is specially designed to process materials with surfaces that are sensitive to marking with low reel density or also narrower reels. It allows a maximum reel width of 1,600 mm. The minimum finished reel width is 50 mm.  

The applications of these two models can be very diverse: coated papers, craft papers, non-woven, etc.  

At Pasaban we design and manufacture winders with a high level of customisation and processing speeds of between 1,000 and 2,500 m/min.
