This has been true since our founding some 80 years ago, and will
continue to be our guiding principle. And in this framework of constant
improvement, we could not forget our website, the window through which
increasingly more people and customers see our firm.

has always been skilful at adapting to changes –all changes– including
technological ones. And not only this: we have often become a flagship for these changes, introducing improvements to our machines that have then been imitated by our direct competitors.
In our perpetual looking forward, internet represents a thrilling challenge –another one– and we are not willing to lag behind.
The
new version of our website is essentially aimed at making things easier
for all those who visit us. We have renewed our ‘virtual facilities’,
so that visitors can easily wander through all of its rooms, with no
chance of getting lost, and quickly reach the purpose for which they
came.

section, with an area so that we can be in direct contact with our
customers, posts on our work as a company, videos, downloads and a
frequently asked questions (FAQ) section, which we are sure will be
extremely useful to all internet users.
What we do is on our website, although we are much more than this.
We believe that our greatest value is that we continue to operate as a family-run company,
although we now have 120 family members. This means that we are
approachable and friendly with our customers, in a one-to-one
relationship that is unimaginable in other types of organisations. We
continue listening closely to those who talk to us, so that we can
understand their precise needs and seek (and find) the best solutions.
And we will never change in this regard.
